Hiring people who are smarter than I am has become an investment for my business. STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE AND A STREAMLINED PROCESS Slowing down gave me the space and presence of mind to document backend and frontend processes which I then handed over to my team so they can work smart, using repeatable systems. A standardized approach to my business improved efficiency, which translated to more revenue because we could achieve more with fewer resources. Reducing wasted time also allowed us to retain more profit. I also created a SOP that I have handed over to my Business Manager who can run the business so I can spend more time with my family and truly unplug.
