These Terms and Policies apply to all offerings provided by Business of Home Staging LLC, DBA Creative Business Network™, including current and future programs, courses, digital products, workshops, and coaching services.

Covered Programs

These Terms apply to all programs, including but not limited to:
✔ Business of Staging Certification™
✔ Art of Staging Certification™
✔ Process-Driven Business for Home Stagers™
✔ Passion to Profit for Stagers™
✔ Solopreneur to Entrepreneur™

✔ Home Staging Startup Workshop™

✔ All current and future online courses, certifications, workshops, communities, templates, and coaching offerings

Course and Product Access

Online Courses and Digital Certifications

✔ Course and workshop replays are available lifetime from the enrollment date.
✔ Downloadable materials are available indefinitely once released, although future updates are not guaranteed.
✔ Group coaching, community access, and cohort spaces remain accessible while participant is in good standing with up to date payments 
✔ Access is granted to the enrolled individual only. Sharing logins, passwords, or program materials is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All course content, videos, templates, scripts, guides, and materials are the exclusive property of Business of Home Staging LLC.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal business development only.

​

You may not:
✔ Share, sell, teach, repurpose, distribute, or license any content
✔ Recreate or offer similar training using our course intellectual property
✔ Copy course structures, frameworks, or proprietary methods for commercial use

Violations may result in revoked access and legal action.

​

Payment Terms

Digital Downloads, Courses, and Online Programs

✔ A 30-day refund is available only if less than 25 percent of the content has been accessed.
✔ Downloading any material immediately voids refund eligibility, regardless of access percentage.
✔ Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
✔ Eligible refunds incur a $50 administrative fee.
✔ Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Live Workshops and Events

All sales are final. There are no refunds for live, virtual, or in-person events, regardless of attendance.

Digital Downloads

All sales are final. No refunds.

​

Coaching and Consulting

✔ All coaching sessions, 1:1 or group, are non-refundable.
✔ Missed appointments are forfeited.
✔ Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice and is not guaranteed.

Certification Requirements

These requirements apply to certification programs only.

​

Business of Staging Certification™

​

Requires:
✔ Full course completion
✔ Submitted assignments
✔ Passing final assessment

​

For all certification programs, Business of Home Staging LLC reserves the right to withhold certificates, credentials, or official recognition until all tuition payments are completed in full. Students on a payment plan must fulfill their complete financial commitment before certificates or designations are issued.

​

No partial or provisional certificates will be issued. All financial obligations must be satisfied before certification is granted.

Community Guidelines

To maintain a positive learning environment:
✔ Participation must be respectful and professional.
✔ Harassment, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
✔ Confidentiality within groups and communities must be respected.

Disclaimers

✔ We do not guarantee specific income, business results, or outcomes.
✔ Testimonials represent individual experiences, not guaranteed results.
✔ You are responsible for applying concepts, strategies, and tools in your business.
✔ We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

Technical Responsibility

You are responsible for:
✔ A stable internet connection
✔ Up-to-date software, devices, and browser settings
✔ Ensuring you can access videos, downloads, and course materials

While we aim to support your experience, we are not responsible for third-party platform issues or outages.

Updates and Changes

✔ We reserve the right to update these Terms and Policies at any time without prior notice.
✔ We may discontinue or modify any program or offering at our discretion.
✔ Continued use of our products or programs after changes means you agree to the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration where applicable.
